Artist description
Air Art is the creation of one person. Primarily instrumental, Air Art is more 'performance art' than a band per se. Since each listener has their own interpretation of a composition the intention is for each piece to generate individual images and feelings much like someone does in viewing a painting.
Employing creative musical processes that are vintage (overdubs etc.) experimental ('prepared music') and technological (Software recording and effects) Air Art becomes difficult to pidgeon hole into a single category. In an attempt to maintain variety, Air Art songs are drawn from unlikely sources such as paintings and even machinery.
