    Artist History
fragile ex began performing at small venues throughout NE and Central Florida in 1998, as a four piece female -fronted rock band. Some well known venues they performed at in Florida include: Jack Rabbits (Jacksonville, FL), The Legendary Station (Orlando FL.), Daytona Beach Speedway (during the 24 hour Rolex Race) In mid 2001 to late 2002, the band retreated temporarily to the studio to revamp old material and write new material. They are currently working on a new acoustic CD entitled "Some Strings Attached" that will include some cuts from their first CD release "Eat A Beat." With the right connections, and marketing strategies, the band plans to try to saturate the local college radio stations in their "neck of the woods" with cuts from their first two CD's as well as from their current acoustic project. Fragile ex was signed to a distribution deal in mid 1999 after the president of the then indie label CREST RECORDS, heard fragile ex's upbeat pop/rock number, and first cut from their CD, eat a beat - "CRUSH." Fragile ex has been subject to several very positive press reviews locally, and they have been on several occasions invited to do live local radio show interviews, supporting local Florida music. They have had some airplay with the songs CRUSH, PINK & BLUE, & DEAR GOD, on these local rock stations and talk shows in support of local struggling artists/ musicians. They anticipate recnnecting with the public, again playing small venues and hopefully moving up to venues such as, House of Blues & Hard Rock Cafe.
