Artist description
World-class freedom behavior. Definitely not molded by current trends or peer pressure. TYGERSTAR’s music utilizes electro breaks, African rhythm, driving bass lines and melodic synths that escalate the listener to peak expression. “For a long time I was stuck trying to forge tracks in the studio –never getting anywhere because of my unconventional approach to timing doesn’t lend itself to traditional song structures of verse chorus or radio play track length. But after a long hiatus from music all together I dusted off all the old material and molded it to be played live. In the Live Arena I find I can guide the material to its full potential or “journey-istic” expression.”
TYGERSTAR expresses a unique innocence. Not unlike the time we spend in our bedrooms getting down to the latest mix on the radio -feeling like we’re connecting with the whole world –like there is an ever going on party that is the real reason the world goes round. Jamming man –Play it Loud!!!

Artist History
TYGERSTAR has been on the musical path for 14 years. Spending long time in caves of self-exploration and poetic heights, TYGERSTAR has blossomed through many periods of music from Mid Eighties Gothic rock, Kitaro, Abstract Sound Poems, Early 90’s Techno and Indie Rock. Now that were in the third millennium, the wall between genres are gone. If they’re not, kick out the purist snobs who have nothing better to do than to enforce false barriers. |
