Artist description
Five member band with analog Moog synth, definitely has a very retro rock and indie sound mixed with groovin' melodies and crunchy riff bassed chug sections scattered throughout their arsenal of sounds. These boys bring a known to bring a very good, welcome vibe at their shows. |

Artist History
J. Giles, Roger Clark, and DevO have been playing together for over 3 years. In the beginning, they did mostly improvisational jams, very free-form, always willing to just feel the music as it comes naturally (music is, in fact, second nature to all who exist). In their free time, and during many smoken, drunken, $#@#$in' jam sessions, they developed quite a feel and playing comfort with eachother that, eventually, became musical solidity. As they grew more in tune with eachother's musical styles, they decided to make the commitment, and become a "real band". The hooked up with a friend and fellow musician, Robert Childs, who has this awesome analog Moog synth and an experienced ear for music. Their musical tastes were not necessarily the same, but they came together very uniquely to finally create their unique sound. They played with a very talented jazzy-style drummer, by the name of Chris Nance for quite some time before finally settling in with Shane Chuvalas. Always setting new goals for themselves and their music, expect to hear many different sounds and styles from this band. |
