Artist description
Justin is more hardware than software. He uses modified , circuit-bent, home-made gear, from the 80s and 90s- Moog, drum machines, sampler, efx, radio, bass guitar, etc. His style spans the spectrum of dub, drill n' bass, acid jazz, ambient, IDM, and glitchcore. Using a mix of sequenced patterns and live playing, some songs are plunderphonic, while others contain only original samples (or none at all). |

Artist History
Justin started playing in bands in 1995, and has been making music ever since. He has been in 2 electronic bands, Burnkit and Fantastic Superhero, both of which have played gigs around the Danbury, CT area in bars, festivals, and on the radio. He currently plays bass in a jazz/rock band called Litmus, who is known for their mind-altering light shows, their surprise guest musicians, and for bringing atari 2600's to their shows. Justin likes to play his solo electronic music to unsuspecting audiences inbetween non-electronic bands.. |
