Artist description
After learning to play the violin, acoustic and bass guitars, drums, saxophone, the recorder and the ocarina, Ren finally found the instrument he was looking for at the age of 14, when his grandparents' piano arrived at his home.
Since then, he has developed his self-taught style, but with a focus more applied to songwriting and compostion than on performance. He has collaborated on several local albums in the first years of his studio experience, and has appeared on the Douglas Spotted Eagle "Ultimate Collection" in a live performance version of the artists' song "Daddy's Arms".
In the winter of 2001, with the birth of his daughter, Ren decreased his time spent on music, but has re-surfaced in late 2002 with the construction of a new adaptation of his style under the artist name "Anachronology", and focusing on the more Ambient elements in his sound. His newest project "Betting on the Sun" is currently in production.
