Artist description Packing mainstream appeal in their unique blend of Alt/metal, this foursome from the Northern Colorado area, otherwise known as 8 Om, are really making some noise as well as a name for themselves as one of the areas hottest acts. Solid drum grooves and oceanic arrays of ethereal guitar chords mix wonderfully with melodic vocal lines. Flowing between moody, introspective moments and a full assault of driving choruses, 8 Om has crafted a sound, even a theme all their own. On songs such as “Inner Light”, 8 Om singer, Brian Kato (the band is rounded out by guitarist, Ross Edsall, drummer, Aaron Knight, and bassist, T.J.
