Artist History
1983-1986. Influenced by both progressive rock and punk rock from the seventies, became established as a singer-songwriter and guitarist with first band Burnessence. Two albums, "Burnessence" and "I Am You Are Me" released with extensive gigging in England. Underground interest in Europe.
1989. Solo single "Learning to Fly" c/w "Mumbling In The House Of Commons" achieves national airplay on Radio One. Album "Power In Your Hands" released soon afterwards.
1990s. Regular solo gigs in Brighton (England), local radio appearances, ongoing solo and band recording.
1997. Release of extended c.d. single "Infinite Ocean", international radio play and a short promotional trip to Holland. Played on "Mesh", an album by global ambient group Tuu which sold well in America.
2002-2003. Major rebirth of recording and writing with musicians including drummer Fudge Smith from progressive rockers Pendragon, original Burnessence bass player Keith Hastings, and Monty Oxy Moron, keyboard player with punk veterans The Damned.
2003-2004. Release and promotion of the new album "Finding New Ways To Love" ;o) |
