Artist History
Singer/songwriter Matt Tune began playing the guitar in 1985 at the age of 12. Matt (a Marine Corps officer) plays solo for many years while moving around from station to station. In 2001 he is stationed in Annapolis. He records a solo cd (The Matt Tune Band EP) in 2002. While teaching Spanish at the Naval Academy, he encounters midshipman John Ahmuty and Vic Boza, and decides to begin the Matt Tune Band in October 2002 and play local bars and clubs in the Annapolis area, as well as record some of their material. |
