Artist History Closed at Sunset started on Long Island, now based in Albany, NY consists of Chris Lavas on bass, Dan Lyman on vocals and guitar, and Mike "Ted" Farr on Drums. The band has been writing/recording and performing songs together since early October of 2002. They released their first EP in December of 2002. In March 2003 the band picked up lead guitarist Kovatch aond continued their process of playing live and writing songs. In May 2003 the band released their second EP entitled "The Cost of Effort"
