Artist History The Pelicans started out as a cheesy punk band playing for a crowd at there local junior high school talent show, at that point they had a different drummer(who will remain un-named). A short time after the talent show they realized that all the drummer wanted to play was Eric Claptin(not that theirs a problem with Eric Claptin.), At that point Chris was a mere simpleton who had just started playing drums earlier that year. The band realized that, Chris is a drummer and likes punk and ska, and dew to the fact that drummers are very scarce around here, he was excepted into the band. The Pelicans now consisting of Jon on Guitar and lead vox., ed on Bass and back vox., and Chris on Drums and back vox. and now after a year and a half, and Chris playing drums now for two and a half years, The Pelicans are still running strong with some new additions, such as a official website, t-shirts and patchs, all of the band in high school, and on top of it all... being signed to Broken Wheel Records (which Chris is the webmaster for), ya... it all works out... so... come see us play, go check out the shows section to see when were playing next, cant wait?... ya, neither can I... have fun kids...
