Artist description
The Hobbes Fury create a hard-to-describe blend of punk, emo, hardore, with a little bit of metal. All four members are unafraid to actually play their instruments well, which is a refreshing change. Listen for yourself and decide what you think. |

Artist History
Formed in the winter of 2001 in Santa Fe New Mexico, The Hobbes Fury might be defined as undefined, as the sounds that come forth are driven by many different influences. Guitarist Dave Philips comes from SF CA, where he can attribute the majority of his musical identity. Fox Fletcher on bass, a local New Mexican, finds himself corrupted by a most diverse array of motivations. Zach Baker , hails from Phoenix AZ, where he began to define his melodic style with harsh undertones. Current drummer Jason Dinges, from Winchester, VA, the original drummer, recently replaced Gary Spradling(of which most of the songwriting process was shared, we’ll miss you). Jason’s influences revolve around the East Coast Hardcore scene |
