Artist History
Leap Day began on an ordinary, average day in November 2002, when Curt (drums) and Angela (guitar) came to the realization that it was no fun to write power-pop songs if there was no band to play them. They immediately telephoned their long-time friend, Clint (guitar), and invited him to join. Clint, Curt and Angela had played together in various incarnations since 1994, thus Leap Day was bound to happen, sooner or later. After several months of desperate searching, Christine was recruited to play bass.
At this time, the quartet is busy rehearsing, writing new songs, preparing for upcoming shows, and seeking the final member that will make Leap Day complete--a keyboard player. |
