Artist History Hiphop has a ripple effect through everything you do by giving one the discipline, creativity and knowledge which allows one to master their surroundings and attain higher heights. Neural chaos started making music in their basement in the mid nineties as a response to gold diggers, r+b crossover rap, gimmicks, polka dot shirts and skully caps. The trio hails from Scarborough Ontario near the picturesque Bluffers Park that provides a window of reflection and inspiration. Their creative juices have been brewing in the form of mix tapes, a radio shows, live performances and several guest appearances on local radio programs.
