Artist description
Heather's music is a blast of straightforward rock with shades of The Pretenders and a nod to her midwestern roots ala Crazyhorse or Creedence. A fearless, powerhouse performer, Heather is obviously very at-home onstage. There are no put-ons here... When you hear her singing about being lonely - - or being a waitress - - you know it's honest, heartfelt and real! |

Artist History
After much theater, film, and TV work, Heather originally came to NYC to further her acting career...but it didn't take long to figure out that rock and roll was her REAL magic and that those years of juvenille deliquency would finally payoff! Heather has fronted her own band for several years, rocking the hell out of every club she steps foot into. (It's also a nice treat to catch her at one of those acoustic shows; not as much flash, but just as powerful!)
2003 sees the long-awaited release of her five song EP (titled simply, "Heather Larkin"), as well as many more NYC shows and a regional tour planned for the summer. |
