Artist description
Fort Ancient writes the music you hear in your head while walking through the park, mid-April, a cold ginger ale away from the perfect afternoon. Using unique instrumentation and drawing on such influences as New Order, Butterglory, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Police, Wire and Television, they have spent two years crafting their sound. Not yet accompanied by a light show and utilizing the occasional drum machine, these are the songs you'll be humming while in line at the supermarket. |
