Artist History
Age 6: Took piano lessons from a nice old lady in England.
Age 9: Listened to Sgt. Peppers and realized my destiny as a waste case.
Age 10: Learned how to play bar chords on guitar from my older brother.
Age 13-17: Took classical guitar lessons and played electric guitar in a drunken disco cover band.
Age 18-36: I don't remember.
Age 37: Got sober and began playing solo in small Washington DC listening rooms.
Age 40: Worked my way into premier club venues including Ram's Head Tavern in Annapolis MD and Jammin Java in Vienna, VA.
Age 41: My performances started being featured on radio and television, and my independent release, Trust Your Stars, gained wide support from Washington DC press.
Age 42: Relocated to San Diego CA, began performing locally full-time, and started recording my second solo release.
Age 43: (September 2002) Performed in several different cities inside Russia and Ukraine where the locals are still making illegal copies of my CD Trust Your Stars. |
