Joe Futrelle's music is eclectic, political, lyrically
ambiguous, and hopefully hummable. His skills
as an instrumentalist and singer have attained
a level of adequacy sufficient that Mr. Futrelle is
actually willing to attach his real name to these

Artist History
Joe Futrelle, having conquered some of Urbana's
most notable concert stages, including the Red Herring
coffeehouse, went on to bigger and better things in
Champaign, but decided that he had had enough, and
now just records at home. He has played with Perils
of Pauline, Hum, and the Performers' Workshop
Ensemble, as well as co-producing Bad Flannel and
the Herring Boys. |
