Artist History
I started playing piano at the age of 4. I began
learning percussion at 10. Got into writing my own
electronic music at about 11, when i got a Roland
E-96 keyboard as a gift. The first track i ever
produced was using midi with the keyboard and the
cakewalk pro demo on my pc. Wasn't much but it
inspired me to continue creating electronic music.
A year or 2 later i discovered an amazing program
called FruityLoops and fell in love with it at
first sight. I had only used a very basic sample
sequencer before hand so FL's power and ease of
use really suprised me. Soon after i bought the
full FruityLoops Pro and have been using it ever
since to create hundreds of tracks of all
different styles, from Hard Trance to Lounge.
Along with FLP i use the wave editor Cool Edit to
cut up and record my samples. I came up with the
name Nascent as it means coming into existance,
evolving or growing, which is exactly how i see
myself in my music. |
