Artist History
Barnaby Clones was started in a surprisingly different way than most rock and roll bands.
Here is the story. Kung Fu masters Steve, Charles, Lance, and Matt quickly discovered that
their new jobs at
an icebox factory required some detective work. Why were their relatives and friends who also work at the plant
mysteriously disappearing? The trail led them into the jaws of a vicious, and of course, well-armed dope smuggling gang.
Steve, Lance, Charles, and Matt had to pit their formidable martial arts skills against a scheming drug lord and his army of
henchmen in order to protect their family, friends, and themselves. The stakes were raised when Steve's guitar and Lance's vinyl copy of
Van Halen I was carried off by the villain. The four kung fu masters were forced to come up with a plan to fight against this evil gang.
They decided to form a new supergroup that combines rock
and roll and kung fu in a way that has never before been attempted.
They decided to name themselves BARNABY CLONES.
The new group recently had a difficult bridge to cross, being that Matt and Charles have taken solemn vows of non-violence and gave up martial arts for music, which leaves all the dirty work to Lance and Steve.
Steve and Lance do not mind as long as Charles and Matt do their part as watchful
eyes and songwriters. This also allows Steve and Lance to get out there to fight
against evil and rock and roll all night long. Stay tuned for more of this rapid-fire tale of love,
loyalty, good versus evil, and rock and roll. If you need them they will always be there
for you with their special blend of ROCK AND ROLL KUNG FU and as always they will deliver
an emotional-laden performance
full of action, intrigue, energy, sorrow, happiness, sweat, and of course rock and roll.
