    Artist History
John Perry (Bass Guitar) and Bob Herder (Drums) have been together with David Van Kleeck in various bands since the early 70's. Chris Henrich has filled the position of Tour Drummer for Cross Town now due to Bob's continued employment as lead driver for Upstaging, Inc. Though Tom Prater and Gilbert Estudillo appear on only 1 track of the Album "POINT OF VIEW", their experience and energy provide a dynamic new feel to the LIVE version of "To Die For Me"! Our concerts are powerful and inspired. Cross Town explores unique ways to fuse rock, blues, soul, jazz and funk music styles with inspirational and spiritual lyrics. Cross Town is signed to Alethea Records, an Independent Label based in Arizona. David, John and Bob were signed with Alethea Records as "Sapphire" and later as "The Dave Michaels Project" in the 70's and released 4 albums of original material between 1975 and 1980 as "The Dave Michaels Project".

    Press Reviews
Graham Henderson Reviews "To Die For Me": "If I could find good inspirational stuff like this every day, I could put a CD on the station deck and go down to the pub for an hour and nobody would complain about missing my dum quips between tracks. Good lyrics. Good message. And more important from my point of view, real fine listening. It just nudged "Point Of View" out of my heads hit chart. It is on SongRamp.com in listening form for anyone having hassles with getting it at SoundClick.com. I'd download it guys. Ya know ya gonna wanna listen again." Regards, Graham Henderson, 103.9 ROAR Radio Esperance, West Australia
