Artist description
Wo will envelop you with their electrified wall of crunch, tangy low end and pounding drums. Sometimes haunting, always driving, their moods sway from light hearted to mellow dramatic, but they are always true to themselves. Wo delivers solid power pop that will leave you wanting more. |

Artist History
The band was conceived in May of 1997 by singer/songwriter Jeph Joolik and guitarist of local legends The Urban Guerrillas, Kimball Klinger. Kimball called upon former band mate Brad Ptacek to play bass and with the addition of new comer Ryan Ellingson on drums, the band was complete. Since then they have been refining unique brand of pop/crunch. You can find them performing frequently at venues such as: First Avenue, Seventh Street Entry, The Turf Club, Quest and The Cabooze Bar. They have been featured at popular outdoor events like the Alive at Five series and the Mill City Music Festival. |

Press Reviews
"The word is out. Wo is the best kept secret on MP3. Some of you doing similar music will either be inspired to do better or just quit. In their genre they are the best mp3 has to offer and better than most being played now." A Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Artist, BMI Award winning writer using the special secret alter ego David Hayden (kinda wierd but he likes us) |
