Artist History SUPERMAC, one of the newest arrivals to the rap scene was born and raised in Inglewood, Ca. Ahmad Banks a.k.a SUPERMAC, breaks the mold of what a typical Westcoast rapper should sound like. When you think Westcoast, you generally think gansta, but "I didn't want to be known as only a gansta rapper. I knew I had to keep my sound versatile" says SUPERMAC. Production was provided by DON P. DON P also produced the demo for B-Reals group Psycho Realm, which lead to their signing deal. SUPERMAC brings a surge of high voltage lyrics and creativity to DON P's beats. A fan of Hip-Hop first, MAC is tired of picking up fast forward albums." When I go to buy a CD, I want to buy a good CD, and not a weak CD with a few good singles." It is this philosophy that drives SUPERMAC to put it down, not only for the Westcoast, but for the entire realm of Hip-Hop.
