Artist description
A power trio, this band wowed audiences with technically proficient playing and a hyperactive stage show; their powerful harmony vocals and crunching riffs were often compared to great bands like Queensryche and King's X. The live show had no equal -- up front, the guitarist and bassist had completely wireless gear (including headset microphones) and were never in the same place for long. It also wasn't unusual to see Mark jamming on bass and keys while singing (Geddy-style), as Scott sang a harmony line while flailing a pyrotechnic solo. Meanwhile, Mike added a third vocal as he pounded away in 13/8. For just a trio, a whole lot of sound came from the stage. :-) |
