Artist History The program started in 1946, under a veil of secrecy. Believing the U.S.S.R was working along similar lines, American scientists in conjunction with the Pentagon began experimenting with the effects of electro-sonic bombardment. It was hoped that the use of crude electronic tones and notes, used in a rapid and rhythmic succession could be implimented in disorienting and destroying Russian soldiers and vehicles. More recent experiments have been aimed at perfecting an audio brainwashing technique known as 'Synapse Fluoridation'. Due to the end of the Cold War, and cuts in defense expenditures; there has been insufficient human specimens to be studied in laboratory conditions. In 1997, the 'Ludovico Technique' was slipped quietly to the unsuspecting public...the experiment continues...
