Artist description Specializing in composing, recording and producing original music for Independent Film. 'Ethereal Darkness film music productions' (aka: Film Score Online.com) is the name of the production house I created in 1995 under which I score films. The name 'Ethereal Darkness' was chosen to imply a stylistic mindset to my composing style (meaning I can compose in a heavenly style, an evil style and everything in between). I am always on the lookout for a director with whom I share a common vision/style. From the initial pre-production demo, to the final digitally mastered to video hard copies, my studio is equipped to handle any size project. Bottom line: I love scoring music to film. I hope some of you will enjoy listening to it as much as I have enjoyed creating it!

Artist History I was classically trained on piano from age 7 and began playing the trumpet at age 11. Thanks to the trumpet; I was awarded a four year full-ride scholarship to attend music college where I majored in Music Performance. While attending, I slowly began to realize that my love was not for playing other peoples music, but for creating my own. It wasn't until I was asked to score the music for Fort Lewis College's promotional video, that I fell in love with scoring to film. I scored my first Independent film shortly thereafter (a 'B' grade horror film staring actor Clint Howard) and began my new career. I recently moved to the L.A. area to further pursue my ambition of a career in 'A budget' film scoring.

Instruments I specialize in performing Synthesizers, Piano, Trumpet, Flute and Percussion. I have a whole slew of electronic orchestra samplers and mockups. However; when live musicians are required, I have very talented fellow Music Performance majors ready to lend a hand. A sampling of my equipment includes: Roland XV-88, Roland Juno 106, Cakewalk Sonar, Event Electronics EZbus and live instruments.
