    Artist description
Domeshots blends a unique combonation of metal, hip-hop, jazz, latin, etc., always with high-intensity, emotion and energy. Their influences are as diverse as the music they play, as they have been called metal, crossover, rock, emo, and even punk (what?? just kidding). Domeshots prides themselves on their energetic, intense, and unique live performances more than anything. They present an amazingly aggressive set and add a small dash of disturbing humor to top it all off. If you truly want to see what these guys are all about, you've got to check them out live. In the meantime, wet your whistle with these tasty MP3's from their latest album.

    Artist History
The band formed in 1997 while the members were all in high school. Mike and Jim had been playing together in various bands for four years prior to Domeshots. The two met Eric and Dan in the high school jazz band. For the last three years they have been playing shows all over the San Francisco Bay Area at places like the Cactus Club, Club Cocadrie, and the Concord Pavilion. Individually, each member has studied various styles of music including classical, jazz, funk, and rock. They have played with other local favorites Salmon, Papa Roach, the KGB, Vent, and Nuclear Rabbit. They have just released their second album entitled "Pineapples Make it Sweeter," and are playing throughout California in support of their new cd.
