Artist History
For about 5 years we kept talking about getting together and working on a project. Since we both procrastinate, it's a small miracle that it ever happened, but we are having a freakin blast! Making music with the help of our computers is our passion. It's all about technology. Where are we going? What lies ahead? Who knows and who cares! We just want to make music that will let you get your aggression out and make your brain shake. (mmmm Brain Shake, make mine Chocolate!) Jump, yell, scream, shout, mosh, whatever! It's not politics or rocket science, it's just hard, furious, headbanging music! It's that simple. We are a garage band with modern technology. If we were a car we'd be in a Mad Max movie. If we were a ciy, we'd be New York, London, Tokyo, and Berlin all rolled into one. Ray Bradbury, Carl Sagan, Stephen Hawking, and Stephen King are on the book shelf. If we were a movie, we'd be Soylent Green....it's only people! Long live the robots! |

Press Reviews
From the eerily lit stage the televangelists voice booms out. Demanding your attention and insisting upon your audience, he descibes an age old battle between heaven and hell, warning you to heed his advice as sin approaches. The good news is that he's just a recorded voice echoing in the darkness. An unorthodox spokesman whose tale of otherworldly devices segues into "God Talks", the opening song of Deadtime Stories performance. Industrial Pop-Metal meets the moral majority? Definitely not! Deadtime Stories blends aggressive, angst ridden vocals, mixed with groove laden, wall of sound programming and pounding rhythmic structures to create hook oriented music for the masses. (September 2001 - Calendar Live)
On their 4 song release called EP1, Deadtime Stories unleashes a psychotic killer with "God Talks", a hook heavy hit. Equally grinding is "908", a lesson in great programming and growling, aggressive vocals. A must listen for any Nine Inch Nails fan, Deadtime Stories is destined to be a force on the horizon of new music. (June 2000 - NMW) |
