Artist description
We are Bubblemath... a Minneapolis band dedicated to the propagation and continued survival of non-stupidity. To achieve this end, we use only the freshest, highest quality artillery -- swollen time signatures, bloated chord progressions, and politically explicit lyrics -- thickly steeped in a turgid jazz-punk base. All non-stupid, of course. |

Artist History
Bubblemath is the result of years upon years of torture in an unrelenting societal ecology. Bored with radio, sick of tradition, and tired of sleep, the fidgety members of Bubblemath had no choice but to batten down whatever hatches we had left and wait out the writhing storm. Well, that storm, it just kept on writhing. So we scrambled off to the lab, ripped out our rusty old circuits, and burrowed deep into the land of overhaul. Now Bubblemath emerges strong, sodden soldiers re-soldered. A socio-political force, wet with birth, and ready to take 'em on. They started it. They did it to us first. Now we're doing it to them. |
