Artist description A band that cultivates a diverse range of influences, from AC pop and Adult Alternative to Britpop and modern rock, funk and R&B. We experiment with an array of stylistically diverse songs.

Music Style Power Pop currently -- most of the tunes here were recorded a few years ago when the sound was more pop/rock-oriented. Our current stuff (yet to be recorded) is edgier--more power pop/Brit pop

Artist History Formed in 1992 as a trio, BJD soon became the duo of Bill Lage and Donovan Twaddle. After one full-length CD, one cassette single and seven years, the duo relocated from Fargo, ND to Minneapolis, MN, became a quintet and continued writing cool power pop tunes. Now the band's current lineup (listed below) plays and continues to gain a solid fan base in the Twin Cities area.
