3 al Hilo se formo en Lima en 1994 por los hermanos Denegri. Han lanzado dos demos (1996 y 1998) y lanzaran el tercero ("Imposible dejar la pichanga") en el 2000. "Parece una ruca" es una de las nuevas canciones a ser incluidas en el nuevo demo.
