Artist History This is the story of 2 men, living half a world apart, wanting to write a great show. I'm theAmerican half, and my German co-conspirator is just as eager to write something that Means something. To us anyway. To tell the truth, I can't remember just when we met up, but it was online. We haven't met in person, and in fact, that's one of our goals. When we makeour fortunes from our music :), we're both going to buy a band-signed Beatles 8x10, and meet for a week in Disneyworld. That's the plan. We're going to try our best to make it happen.Created in Summer 1997 for arranging and playing the pieces of Artur Labermaier, Germany and Ben Ohmart, USA. ***STORY - DEUTSCH*** Steve, Student und begeisterter Musiker mit dem Traum, eine eigene Rockoper über Galileo Galilei zu schreiben, fühlt sich von seinem Vater unverstanden. Sein Traum ist so leidenschaftlich, dass er sich plötzlich im 17. Jahrhundert an der Seite von Galilei als dessen Student wiederfindet. Er ist Zeitzeuge wie Galilei mit seinem Teleskop den Himmel neu ergründet und wegen diesen, scheinbar nicht bibelkonformen Entdeckungen von der Kirche bestraft wird. Galilei muss seine wissenschaftlichen Aussagen widerrufen. Erst nach dem Tod von Galilei erkennt Steve, welchen Mut es bedarf seine Träume zu leben, die die Welt verändern können.
