Artist description
Fronted by the honey-sweet vocals of Sanjay Majmudar, the resident funky little indian, backed by some of
the most on-the-bollock two-stepping phat bass known to space-kind and filled to the sparkling brim with
urban vibes, fluttering flute, breakbeat drumming and hooks to hang a caravan off, this is new world funk,
this is outer-space-soul, this is Joy. |

Artist History
Met in Birmingham in '96, started writing songs and had our first gig 6 months later. Three years on and we have a set full of outstanding songs and are looking for a recording deal. A change of style in the last year has seen us take on a more laid-back, soulful vibe, and the new three-part demo (self-recorded, self-produced) was finished in February. |
