Music Style Techno and trance mostly. Lately we have been experimenting with acid and industrial.

Musical Influences Leftfield, BluPeter, Hot Butter, Daft Punk, Propellerheads, Kraftwerk, Sash, Mike Oldfield, Prodigy, But mainly MP3.com artists! Any techno artists that are any good. So, lots of MP3.com artists then!

Artist History Doug and Ed decided to produce music together underthe name CGM after getting sequencers on our computers some time in 1996. We made several songs together in the early days (which were crap) and have been improving our skills and techniques since.Paul Joined in 1998 and with him the first proper hardware synth we'd ever used. Since then we have bought various other software synths including Rebirth, and a CS2x Dance Keyboard. In September 1999 we changed our name from CGM to Digital Aura. Our website is well worth a visit. All the songs are there for you to download - LOADS of piccies of us behaving like idiots, a guestbook, links, Quote Of The Week - take a look some time!!

Group Members Doug Neal - computer geek, rabid MP3 enthusiast, and part-time musician! Manages the website and is good at composing music, arranging and mixing songs composed by...Edmund Spencer - more of the same really, but does it differently. He's not so much of a geek and is in to film & video. (And music.) Paul Raymond - Paul likes drum and bass. He likes techno as well though, so he's in DA. We borrow his synths from time to time, too.
