Artist History Lead vocalist and songwriter Joe Fernandez began his songwriting journey after a heart-wrenching breakup late summer '01. In one short year, the 21 year old student along with his best friend and lead guitarist Chris Bogus, wrote 30 powerfull songs ranging topics such as heartbreak, friendship, family, religion and lost love. To- gether as The Kickstart, Joe and Chris pour their emotions into their music, so that the listener can truly experience the sound....
