Music Style Country and Soft Rock

Musical Influences I was influenced by older groups at a young age,... Sons of the Pioneers, The Osmonds, Beach boys. I Like Groups that had good Harmony. I do have a wide variety of influences and likes though. Mozart to Metallica. I love it all.

Similar Artists I've been told that I sound like Kenny Loggins, Billy Joel, and Garth Brooks. I don't think I'm nearly as talented as any of them though.

Artist History I started out singing with my brothers when I was young. I was the tenor in our little barbershop quartet when I was 6. When I was 8, I started learning how to play the banjo. (mostly because of kermit, who I thought was really cool.) I wrote my first song at 8. I was always more into music than anything else. I liked to play as many instruments as I could get my hands on. The guitar, Piano, autoharp, Uke, and anything else I could find to play with. When I was a young teenager we moved back to Florida, where I was born, and my new friends Introduced me to groups like The Scorpions, Great White, Ozzy Ozborn, and many other groups of that nature. And even though my roots were in groups like Alabama, Oak Ridge Boys, and Peter Paul and Mary, I expanded my horizons to encompass all of them.
