Artist description Since 9/01 CAPUT from Hamburg/Germany create angry, upsetting and complex hardcore, which combines such different styles like metal, jazz, noise and nearly everything else in an audible way. Inspired by bands like Botch, Pittbull, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Victims Family, Meshuggah or Converge, CAPUT are mixing a cocktail which hits you like a ten-ton-hammer, which makes you addicted after the first taste. The result is a complex, emotional, sick and noisy demolition hammer, which is set to be unique in germany.

Artist History After founding member Nico quit in summer 02, Tobi, Tino, - who played in ZWISCHENRUF before - Stefan and Kojote (both formerly active for WEED) could recrute an high quality new singer: Chris Zenk, known for his performances for the Hamburg based hardcore/metal legend EROSION. Since 9/02, the band played numerous, furious gigs on several stages, amongst others with MASTODON (US), HIGH ON FIRE (US), TO DIE FOR (IT), BONEHOUSE (GER), SMOKE BLOW (GER), UNDERCROFT (CL), ENIAC (GER), VAYAIRA (CL), MY SUBSTITUTION (GER), ... A 9-track EP is set to be released in spring 03, then they will knock down anything that is in the way of this highly motivated group!
