Press Reviews
PRESS CLIP 1 --- "Remember feel-good summertime rock and roll? The kinds of tunes that would creep onto your dial right after school let out in June and hang around until September, forever after evoking a faint smell of Coppertone, chlorine and spilled beer? This Boston-based foursome is dedicated to cranking out just that kind of thing -- loud, happy energetic rock that's not too complicated for the beach, not too moody for pot-enhanced one-on-one at the local hoop, and not too sappy to play late at night while you're painting your toenails. Highlights here include the maniacally upbeat breakup song, 'Blame Me', which sounds like the goof-happy boys of Dynamite Hack channeling Live's smoky tenor and the frantic ska upbeats of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. "Good Enough" is fun, too, with its dream police guitar sirens and infectious sing-along chorus. My favorite, though, is "Automatic", a twitchy blend of staccato guitars, punctuating bass and soaring, hummable melodies. It's a little slick, sure, and there's no new ground broken here, but this is one entertaining album. If you can't find summer love and summer fun with this as background, you're just not trying." by JENNIFER KELLY(SPLENDID EZINE) ...
PRESS CLIP 2 --- "Their very first song caught my ear and continued to keep my interest well into their set...radio quality songs...an impressive knack for writing strong hooks that implant themselves in your head...a melodic, polished, song-oriented band with impressive vocals and musicianship...Good stage presence and image, they drove their songs with energy and attitude. The lead singer, Kris Bishop, had a powerful, clear and versatile voice reminding me much of Live's vocals. The lead guitarist Donald D'Aprix performed strong well-written parts that helped drive the band." by ALAN ANDRADE(BOSTON SOUNDCHECK MAGAZINE) ...
PRESS CLIP 3 --- "Post-punk pop swirls from the speakers as eden Row performs punchy hooks fueled by great vocal work on this great sounding rock fest. This is an excellent outing for eden Row and the start of something big!" by METRONOME MAGAZINE ...
PRESS CLIP 4 --- "It's commercial sounding, radio-ready pop with cool hooks, emotional vocals, surprise chord changes...Very nice listen." by L.A. JOE(BOSTON SOUNDCHECK MAGAZINE)
