Artist description 7 vials is a band very loosely themed around the apocalypse according to the book of Revelation. This is why most of the songs have something to do with death, destruction, genocide, massacres and radiation. 7vials is still in what I consider to be a concepting phase of development. I envision a day when 7vials will have multiple guitarists and other live players. Currently 7vials music is composed with samplers and analog synthesizers. The sound is dark, electronic, industrial rock with a heavy mix of drum and bass breaks under live drums and guitars. On the mp3 page are some of the nearly 20 demo tracks for the project. These tracks are still under construction but will give you an idea of where 7vials is heading. It has been my goal for some to integrate some of the sounds of heavy drum and bass with with the sounds of metal. It has been difficult to get guitarists to see my vision until I had a revelation and figured out how to synthesize heavy guitars in a convincing fashion. Now I can present finished ideas to other musicians for the next phase of assimilation and integration. Influences of 7vials are bands like Skinny Puppy, Thrill Kill kult , The Orb, Failure, On, Course of Empire, NIN, Doosu, Slow Roosevelt, Photek, Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Hate Dept, Prong, Tool, Jesus and Mary Chain(Psycocandy album), Dr. Mario, Speedealer,Curve,My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Heretix666, Ministry, much industrial, some old school hip hop, much drum and bass, and a lot of good old hardcore punk rock.
