Artist History Wiggum started in June of 2002 after D. Jay Brawner and Kevin Stevenson decided they wanted to get back to playing music. Both had been in several smaller local bands, Kevin even played a couple shows with The Dingees (Tooth and Nail) as guitarist. After realizing they wanted to go farther with their band, they recruited Mike Amico, formerly the drummer of Melee (Hopeless Records). Since the three joined forces in August of 2002, they recorded a demo, played many shows and successful toured California. However, Kevin decided to put music on hold for a while so he could pursue a career in acting. Wiggum recruited Dustin De Leon, a guitar player in many previous bands, Dustin adds some new flavor to the band and is lending his vocal talents. D. Jay and Dustin’s mixing of singing is unsurpassed and the band just finished recording their new Ep, "Bringing Back '77"
