Artist description
Harking back to the early 90's sound of Oasis with strong northern roots and a belief that playing the guitar is an art form worth more than throwing yourself around the stage and into a drum kit. Taurus represents Rock and Roll in its element, raw energy and a live presence that’s about musical style rather than stylists. When Taurus takes to the stage you can almost see their musical ancestors hanging around up there with them.
Brit-pop in the 90's was about two bands, Taurus will tell you only one of those bands matters! Now its time for them to move aside and watch what happens when four northern lads take to the stage to show that the Brits are back in town, to play not fight! They believe in saying what’s on their mind but doing it in a way that’s ‘pure class’, they embody the spirit of Rock and Roll and when mixed with a hard loving northern spirit, great icons are created.

Press Reviews
The self produced EP 'Dance in the Middle' shows what can be achieved through hard work, a belief in singing about what you know and waiting for that big guitar in the sky to strike your chords………
