Twin Jewels is an emerging punk band from North Texas. Consisting of rockers Wendell, Shane, and Chris, Twin Jewels was formed in the college town of Denton, Texas. Their sound is greatly influenced by legendary punk-bands, like The Ramones, and the Descendants. Twin Jewels was created to spread the word about living life in the now and having fun every moment of your life because you never know what the future will unfold. Preparing for their next tour, Twin Jewels will be playing through cities all over Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Colorado. The band is currently in the studio working on their latest album that will be out late November 2002. |

Artist History
Wendell Lipscomb originated the name Twin Jewels in 1999. He had a vision to start a punk-rock band that would be musically diverse. Stemming from rock, jazz, and punk, Twin Jewels began playing in August 2000. Twin Jewels’ formula is "focusing on the great fun in life." The origin of Twin Jewels is a feel good band that plays to the needs of spirited youngsters. "I began this band with the idea of spreading fun and enthusiasm," said Wendell, lead singer. Twin Jewels has just finished recording their album "Give Me Your Lunch Money", with producer Eric Delegard and hope to support it with a tour come 2003.
