Artist description Where to start....? We're both originally from South Florida, and we're just two guys who are really into hip-hop and who wanted to make some good shit. We're both college students now at Florida State University in Tallahassee, and we make music with whatever spare time we have. The songs we make are generally all about wordplay and just making it sound tight (isn't that the point?) But every now and then, we'll get all deep and make some thought-provoking, meaningful shit. No matter what, you'll find yourself bobbing your head to Prolifix and enjoying what you hear.

Music Style Original and creative rhymes/wordplay. Catchy beats, rhythms, and melodies. Very versatile and very entertaining.

Musical Influences Jurassic 5, Spytech, Quannum, Kutmasta Kurt, DJ Premier, Rhymesayers, etc....anything good.

Similar Artists Beats cover many styles, too many to name. As far as voices? Kandid claims that people told him he sounds like a cracked out Chino XL, and everyone tells Dill that he sounds like Chali 2na.

Artist History We're still young as a group.... Both of us have made beats and written rhymes for a good while before hooking up, whether it was alone or with other friends. But we met somewhere around September of 2002, became friends, and found out that we're really into the same kind of shit, musically. So we got together, started making songs, and there you have it.

Group Members Greg (Kandid, KASM...) - He's a film major in college; in his spare time, he writes rhymes, eats sub sandwiches, and sprays graffiti all over your town. If you've got any walls or trains that you don't want messed with, get them far away from this kid. Eric (Dilligent, Dill, Dub) - He's a communications major in college; in his spare time he writes rhymes, plays video games, and spins records/produces beats. If you've got a party coming up that needs a DJ...hire one and I'll come watch him spin.
