Artist History The Phoenix started in 2000 under the name of "My Hide". It featured Sbodoz and Andrea on guitars, Lucia on bass, and Emilio on drums. After a few months it finally found a singer in Vez. Lucia then departed, and Mario, a real good friend, joined the Phoenix. During the following months the Phoenix (still called My Hide) played several shows with bands like Grey Hill and Abacus Bugaboo until Emilio left for personal reasons. The Phoenix took Stef on drums for some months, but too many university obbligations marked his separation from the band. Now the Phoenix is not My Hide anymore. It has a new drummer, Andrea, a new attitude, and a new will. The intention is a storm of emotions, blending metal and hardcore into a new kind of music approach. This is the story of the Phoenix until now. And today its future begins...
