Artist History Currently earning my Master's Degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Arizona. I'm studying with Professor Wanda Brister at the U. In 1996, I graduated from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland where I studied with Carol;yn Black Sotir. Since graduation, I've studied with Thomas Houser and Susan Harwood before relocating to Tucson. At Towson I learned and performed a number of opera roles including Susanna in Mozart's "The Marriage of Figaro" and Amahl in Menotti's "Amahl and the Night Visitors". I've performed as a member and soloist with a number of choirs including the Baltimore Choral Arts Society and their professional Chamber Choir and the Canticle Singers in Baltimore and Collegium Musicum, and the Arizona Choir here in Tucson. In addition to these experiences, I've given 4 recitals since graduating from Towson all benefiting either an educational program for an autistic child or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of America. As an artist, I'm eager to grow as a classical soprano at the University while exploring the local jazz scene here in Tucson.
