Artist History Well, we've only been drawing for a short time, and painting even less. Yeah. It all started in the spring of 2000. VJ, Mike and Matt jammed in Mike's basement with a couple of other guys. They played a gig together and it sucked. VJ was going to leave this band unless they got a new drummer. So, several drummers and bass players later, Free Weed was born in early 2001. On our first CD, just released in Oct 2002, we have the best collection of musicians and friends we could have hoped for.
