Press Reviews
Punk & Oi In The UK (www.punkoiuk.co.uk)
"Brilliant debut album from this band from the Blackpool area.
Ex members of One Way System and Pink Torpedoes.
Fast early 80's style, political (not anarchist)
punk. "What Kind of Life" reminds me of the Exploited's
"Alternative" on the chorus at least and although
the One Way System connection is pretty obvious
they've got a sound of their own, and I'm sure we're
going to hear a lot more from them - ALBUM OF THE MONTH (Nov02)- Ian"
N.J.Hindle (GBH & PTTB)
"New band fronted by Nige and Boothy ex of The Pink Torpedoes.
Touting a soon to be released LP 'Recipe For Disaster',
the band have assumed a rather harder sound than fans of the
Torps would be used to hearing. It's an aggresive but
well formed and intelligent record, a long time in the making" |
