Artist History It is a mysterious band from Osaka. People whom the innovative music asked the music of Q.D.S. will be led to the wonderful world. The figure which there are no words in the song of 884n (Vo), and is sung adlib and which it belongs to no language of a country, and the man sings seems to be Sherman where God changed completely. Four persons who were playing in the hard core and THRASH field of 884n (Vo), TIN (B), Inada (G), 24shit (Ds) gathered in Osaka, and the band named formation and it QUICK DICK SOUP in 1996. TIN took the lead and composition and wonderful music were done. After performing in several times of events, member all the persons concerned and friend Matsunaga from ancient times were made to join a band after that which 24shit of a drum left. Although Inada (G) left the band this time in 1997, Fuku-chang did band subscription immediately. After Fuku-chang joins Q.D.S. and performing in events etc. several times, Matsunaga (Ds) also leaves a band. Maki joined the band in 1998. Immediately after he joined Q.D.S., they recorded 1st demonstration tape. Although the band continued activity in the state where it was stabilized, TIN (B) which is the central figure of Q.D.S. left the band in about one year. They made Fuku-chang's friend's Ryo joined a band. At last, an original member is set only to 884n and he mainly came to write music. And still more wonderful music increased. The remix of the ALZ was carried out to the omnibus CD (Radio Hits 2000) of JUNGLE LIFE (free magazine in Japan) from the master tape of participation and a demonstration tape, and it recorded on CD in 1999. Although recording was started by the schedule for two - three months from June, 2000, for the reason, total about 150 hours, one year, and a half have also spent time. 1st DEMO CD "SHOW-TEN-RYOKOH" release was carried out in January, 2002.

Press Reviews Japanese band Quick Dick Soup not only have a truly unique name but they attack their instruments like a bunch a kamikaze pilots after too much sake. Musically similar to western bands Primus, Jane’s Addiction and Mr. Bungle, Quick Dick Soup know their chops. Their self titled debut is a fairly intense disc that has many twists and turns. QDS have been receiving a fair bit a notoriety in their native Osaka and singer 884 claims when he sings it’s a possessed prayer to the asian Gods.
