Artist description Wayne Horvath and Neil Whittle, are an accomplished duo which was formed during a two year course with a local rock cover band, “Streets.” As performers and songwriters, they combined their many decades of professional musicianship into a collaborative venture known as their first CD “AS IS.” The CD, which was written and produced by Wayne and Neil, also know as Horwitt Music Productions, was recorded at D.C. Studio in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada in the spring of 98. Their musical influences are bands such as Kansas, Styx, and Yes, just to name a few. The “As Is’ CD is best described as a blend of pop, folk, and jazz styles, in which no two songs sound alike, brining any listener a colourful variety of sounds and musical talent.
