Artist description
TREPAIN is fixated on hard, raw, and innovative music! "The moment I am making a song and it sounds familiar, I quit and turn off my equipment. Anyone can sit down, think of a certain style, and make some basic melodies and throw them together. I do not consider this music. If my music sounds strange to some people, so be it. Those who appreciate something different will enjoy it and that is all that matters. These are the listeners I attract and this difference motivates me." TREPAIN's self titled album available on mp3.com. Two songs are also featured on the soon to be released SOULPRO COMPILATION VOLUME 1 which had recently been picked up by MTV (rights) |

Artist History
TREPAIN has been creating music since 1991 starting with rave/hardcore and industrial. He has written songs in at least a dozen different styles and hopes to have his work fully represented on mp3.com. He has worked along side various musicians during his career. He was even in a thrash band in which he programmed drums and triggered and sequenced samples. It was a pantara powerchord assault meets Ministry. TREPAIN is interested in creating all forms of music and this music area is only a tiny percentage of 100s of songs he has created. |
